Quiche at A Spot For Tea

We have a monthly Quiche at the tearoom.
Every month we serve to our customers one of our favorites from our Quiche selection below:
Canadian Bacon & Smoked Gouda Cheese Quiche
Quiche Lorraine
Broccoli & Cheese Quiche

The sights, smells and sounds of the tearoom make you feel warm, comfortable and welcome, just as if you were at home. There is nothing more wonderful than comfort food. What could be better than sharing food with people that you care about.

Four Cheese Quiche Recipe:
4 eggs
2 cups half n' half or 2 cups milk (if you want to reduce fat)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Colby cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (9") unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine eggs, half n' half or milk, four cheeses, garlic salt, pepper and dried basil. Mix well and pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
