Building on the wonderful traditions of the Rose Cottage tea parties at A Spot For Tea, is the new Tea Lady, Peggy Hoshall, Peggy has had over 25 years of working with children in the theater as director and producer of over 80 children's theater productions. She home educated her own children from 1990 till 2008 when her youngest went off to college. She has also taught etiquette and manners classes at the Fine Arts Institute in Edmond, and she enjoys her antique business. So combining all these loves, she is blessed to pass on to you, her love for children, traditions, and joyous memory making by becoming the new "Tea Lady".

Reservations now being taken for parties beginning March 26 at the "Rose Cottage" located in the Feathered Nest Market at 63rd and MacArthur. This lovely cozy setting will be the place where dreams of elegance and traditions meet. "Rose Cottage" setting creates a memorable birthday party, Girl Scout outing, or friendship tea. Let us do all the work with the party while you and your friends enjoy browsing at the beautiful FEATHERED NEST MARKET.

The Tea Lady is your host and instructor. Each guest will have fun picking out their dress and accessories. Then it's time for pictures and even a fashion parade. During the tea party our special guest Victoria Rose will come and help the children learn about etiquette.

The Tea Lady will also teach the joys of being a gracious hostess, letting the guest of honor help her in serving at the party. Encouraging the delight of service to others is an important part of etiquette instruction.
