Some holiday traditions are sacred. In our house one such tradition is the annual Children's Christmas program at our church and afterwards our pastor has a Christmas party for the children to celebrate Christ's birth. Over the course of the holidays, as we hang stockings, wrap packages and decorate the Christmas tree, we take a moment to recognize the reason for the season. We share time together as a family and we give thanks that our Savior was born.
Isaiah 9:6 "For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us. And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. "
